2011 is now over and we have had a very successful year. The number of ‘Sales’ and ‘Lettings’ are well up on both 2009 and 2010. Buyers that can proceed are in an ideal position to buy at this opportune moment. We are finding that a large number of able buyers are waiting for the right property to come onto the market and on numerous occasions we are selling realistically priced properties within days of them coming onto the market. We appreciate that high percentage deposits are required and that this is preventing many buyers entering the market. In some cases these potential purchasers have the income multiples required but not the deposit.
However we believe that the market will slowly recover in 2012 and this year will be one of the best times to purchase a property.
